About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You'll workaspartofateaminascrumsettingand must be aself- motivated,proactive,andout-of-the-boxthinker.

What you will be doing:
You will elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems. Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.

• Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
• Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.

What you will need:

• 6 plus years of demonstrated business systems analysis experience in large organizations working in heavy Agile environments.
• SAFE Agile training or similar Agile certification preferred.
• Experience with Visual studio and Team Foundation Saver (TFS)
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience - Master's degree is desirable.
