You don’t view yourself as a salesperson, but rather a problem solver—you believe achieving your revenue target is a byproduct of building strong relationships and creating a systematic approach to the market. Understanding the importance of being a mutual fit for clients is your priority, guiding and consulting clients along the way. You are passionate about streamlining processes and bring a strong sense of business acumen. And while your attention to detail can be intimidating, your teammates and clients seriously love you for it.

Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...

  • You’ll lead the charge with full-cycle business strategy operations. You’ll assist with lead qualification, renewals, onboarding, client kick-off meetings, proposals, and assembling teams for new clients, and more.
  • Keep a consistent pulse across the pipeline and the market. You’ll partner with internal teams to thoroughly research companies, identify potential opportunities, provide updates on lead volume and sales team bandwidth.
  • Understand how to qualify and prioritize leads like a champ, looping in team members and service line directors when appropriate. Just as prospective clients vet Seer, you’ll do the same, ensuring our partnership is a mutual fit.
  • Team up with practitioners and Business Strategy Managers to foster and develop strong and lasting relationships with clients. You’ll consult clients, understanding their business objectives using Seer’s values as your guiding compass. You’ll ensure only the smoothest transition between business strategy and account teams during project kickoffs.
  • Discover ways to innovate in the space, always leading with a solutions-oriented mindset. You’ll focus on building new tactics to consult clients, discover purposeful tools for outreach, improve documentation and internal processes. 
  • Work closely with our CRM tool to ensure all data is fully updated and accurate. You understand that keeping data clean is the key to keeping the ship on course.

The skills you'll bring to the table...

  • You’re no stranger to the world of Business Strategy, leveraging teams across an organization to get your work done efficiently. You have experience collaborating with practitioners to understand client objectives, interfacing with Legal to process complex contracts, and working with Accounting to keep track of invoices and provide strong record keeping.
  • You thrive on a challenge and you’re driven to succeed in the fast-paced world of sales. You love the hustle and your direct impact on the bottom line gets you excited to jump in with two feet and roll up your sleeves. You’re data-driven so being tied to revenue goals and metrics is nothing new for you.
  • You’ve been on the frontlines which means your communication is top-notch both with clients and internal teams. You have experience being client-facing, vetting new business opportunities, and evaluating quality leads. You’re a wiz with outbounding materials, preparing SOW’s, proposals, pitch decks and so much more.
  • Your skills stretch beyond sales - you’re bringing killer organizational skills and a passion for streamlining processes. You’re quick to seek out new opportunities to automate, never settling for that status quo.
  • You have a team-first mentality. You may not have all the answers but you understand the importance of leaning on your team when needed. Your genuine desire to see your team succeed and helping clients achieve their goals is what drives you to show up.
  • [Bonus points!] You’re well acquainted with Salesforce and leverage it to automate processes.
