We are looking for a Business Security Analyst - Operations to work with our Security, Sales, and Operations teams and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This person will be working from Saint Louis, MO, office location.

What you'll Do

• Develop strong relationships with existing security teams within Equifax: vulnerability management, penetration testing, control assessment, fraud, third-party risk, internal audit, and others. Develop strong relationships with the Technology team
• Assist internal teams with the submission and delivery of security requests for our customers
• Serve as an escalation path for questions from other Security teams by becoming an expert in the security controls, services, and applications of Workforce Solutions
• Support any and all security audits and examinations by Equifax Internal Audit or our customers
• Assist with projects to improve security processes within Equifax

What experience you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• 2+ years experience in information technology/security development, infrastructure, or operations
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or supporting role

What could set you apart

• Demonstrated professional experience working in-depth with processes, process improvement and execution, metrics, and reporting
• Previous experience working with auditors
• Previous experience complying with frameworks such as PCI, SOC2, FISMA, FedRAMP, HITRUST
• Familiarity / experience with cloud security preferred
• Google Cloud experience preferred
