About the Position

The Business Process Associate has excellent excel skills and technical ability to learn our systems that analyzes calls. This position is responsible for Agent Success and Performance (ASAP) Team drive execution of Assurance's sales supervision strategy. Work includes designing sales practice review models; streamlining and reengineering existing business processes; and providing technical support to promote scaling and change management. You will spend most of your time working closely with our Oversight Review Associates and different Lines of Business Leaders to help develop new sales practice processes, while maintaining and improving existing processes as regulations and business strategies change. You will be involved in documenting current processes and charged with identifying ways to help build out areas of improvement to streamline and scale our supervision work. 


Responsibilities

  • Developing and documenting policies and processes as the business continues to grow
  • Developing and maintaining business review processes in third party systems
  • Experience evaluating the business opportunity and application of new and emerging technologies, such as voice interfaces
  • Creating data points for tracking and reporting on data from our third party agent review systems that feed into our data lake
  • Helping drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. Then communicating these results to managers and offering suggestions based on findings.

Qualifications

  • 1 Year of experience in process improvement efforts
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
  • Experience that includes troubleshooting application errors, testing, and providing technical support to internal and external users.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Process detail oriented 
  • Prior Insurance knowledge (Life, Health, Medicare, Personal Finance and/or Property and Casualty) is a plus, but not required.
  • Able to effectively manage your time and work within multiple projects at a time
