In a nutshell
Our Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Business Process Analyst to help develop an operating model for a service desk, including the tracking, governance, communications, SLAs, and staffing model. Your project team will be designing a scalable, repeatable listening program to receive field feedback, track the success of programs, and optimize experiences for field sellers and client partners. You will be interacting with high-level leaders as this operating model will impact people all over the world. You'll also have a hand in building communities and constructing a framework for engagement that will directly impact the company's bottom line as well as its culture.
As the Business Process Analyst, you'll help carve out and redefine a more efficient and connected operating model. This role is a great fit for the natural problem-solver, providing the opportunity to tackle blockages to growth and envision viable framework to achieve better market positioning. Partnering with cross-functional go-to-market, finance, operations, IT, and product teams, your efforts will result in improvement opportunities and help overcome challenges. Carrying high impact, this end-to-end team initiative will offer you the chance to engage in analysis, strategy development, implementation, training, and adoption.

About you

  • You demonstrate excellent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • You're comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives
  • You see the value in stakeholder input and coordination
  • You're a pro at investigating data issues, performing deep-dive data research, and proposing and executing solutions
  • You are analytical and conceptual, with exceptional problem-solving abilities


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of business analyst experience
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects from definition to results
  • Experience in process, role, and systems mapping
  • Experience working and effectively communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and improve business processes
  • Bachelor's degree
