As a Sr. Business Process Analyst in Service Delivery Operations, you will work with peers and partners to develop processes and workflows that accelerate teams' abilities to be successful. You will work with our teams in Service Delivery and understand their goals to become the expert. You will also help determine standards for business process for the department.
Your Role in Action

    • Lead discovery meetings to review requirements, testing, support, and enablement activities to ensure they are following our goals
    • Analyze current processes and workflows with the objective of improving or automating them
    • Document all processes and maintenance required to ensure they are kept evergreen
    • Collect and collate feedback on process performance and measure the effectiveness
    • Provide single contact for the Service Delivery department and act as a conduit to other departments
    • Expert in how Service Delivery uses technology and tools to help design efficient and value driving workflows
    • Make recommendations for process enhancements or other actions to improve productivity
    • Use data and resources available to identify bottlenecks and gaps and make recommendations accordingly
    • Manage change so affected individuals are aligned
    • Help establish standards for business process
    • Manage ad hoc projects
    • Determine and track success criteria for your projects


Your Skills

    • 3-5 years in a business process analyst role or similar
    • Project leadership experience handling multiple simultaneous projects
    • Experience leading large process improvement projects
    • Salesforce experience
