About the team
Join a hands-on versatile team tasked with solving problems through creative solutions using project and process management frameworks. This team emphasizes a collaborative model, where team work and open information streams are both necessary and encouraged. The team will be supporting a large sales organization with routine and ad hoc activities.
What you will be doing
You'll work on projects with primary tasks to identify project stakeholders, build project plans, establish end-to-end sustainable processes, and create communication routines as the project progresses. You'll have exposure to cross-functional teams, company strategy, and products. Teams will be looking to you to keep them on track, capture risks or challenges as they come up, and inform a broader group of current project statuses.

• Building and maintaining projects plans
• Communications including but not limited to team activities, status reports, newsletters and processes
• Administrative tasks including, but not limited to building presentations, status updates, calendars, and meeting materials
• Analyzing data and extrapolating and communicating the findings and next steps

What you bring:

• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You bring a strong desire to collaborate cross-functionally, learn and seek out creative solutions
• You bring experience in project management, building sustainable processes and strong written and verbal communication skills
• You bring curiosity about the fintech industry with an open mind and flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment
