FIS is looking for a Sr. Business Process Analyst to join our BPaaS Omni Operations Managed Services team in any location.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
You will create change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted internal and external customers. The focus is on process analysis, testing and operations training with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.
You will be planning, performing and implementing process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean or Six Sigma. You will be responsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation.

  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes.
  • Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
  • Collect data to identify the root cause of problems.
  • Measure performance against process requirements.
  • Align improvements to performance shortfalls.
  • Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
  • May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.


WHAT YOU BRING:
Prior experience working with a retirement plan administration and record-keeping solution (Omni, OmniPlus) is required.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes
  • Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in business process development, documentation and re-engineering
  • Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
  • You love analyzing issues and devising efficiencies to better the client experience
