Join the Member Experience Quality Team who proactively drives an enhanced member experience through structured quality, risk and trend analysis taking identified insights to actions.
Advocate continuous improvements efforts and gap remediation by developing policies and implementing program objectives and operational strategies that mitigate risk, and achieve operational efficiencies.
The incumbent will have operational knowledge of processes in Financial Services Operations, Member Care Centers, and Digital Care. The Analyst will work across different levels of management and personnel to identify risks of non-compliance, communicate potential and confirmed issues with leadership and enhance the member experience. Resources to do the job require reliance on technical knowledge of financial services products, policies, procedures, and performance management.
General direction is received from the Manager Member Experience Quality.
Responsibilities

- Review written policies for accuracy, risk base, targeting reviews to assess specific business areas, products, and services at the credit union or third parties.
- Set policy requirements regarding the management of activities and procedures related operational functions
- Conducting business process walkthroughs, documenting key controls, identifying process gaps and controls opportunities.
- Analyze current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency.
- Analyze and escalate potential findings to determine whether exceptions exist and determine the level of risk associated with the finding.
- Lead meetings with the business to ensure adequate and appropriate action plans are in place to remediate and track progress.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of practices and procedures. Conducting qualitative analysis and review, as needed.
- Gathering status of action items, and providing updated, detailed and organized information.
- Identifying issues and trends related to operations processes.
- Collect data, perform root cause analysis of issues and problems and propose solutions according to current and future business needs.
- Creating the right cadence of reviews, and providing ongoing reporting.
- Supporting process improvements and related project efforts.
Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives.
Where permitted by applicable law, successful applicants to this position must either have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered (proof of vaccination is required), or be willing to submit a negative COVID-19 test result in advance of each visit to an Alliant facility.
Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of aHigh School or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred, and you have:
- 3+ years’ experience Operations or Contact Center preferably in the financial services industry
- Broad financial services knowledge and industry best practices for continuously improving a proactive Compliance Management/ Business Risk System
- Solid understanding of documentation, audit, or risk management processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong team player with demonstrated initiative
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with proven analytical ability and has strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment; flexibility with changing priorities on a daily basis
- Ability to think creatively, and perform complex tasks in an efficient manner
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement
