Job Description

About the team:
The team creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations. Focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.
What you will be doing:

  • You will plan and implements process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean or Six Sigma..
  • You will diagram and evaluate existing processes by collecting data to identify root cause of problems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, and recommend future improvement opportunities.
  • Responsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation and you may get the opportunity to lead re-engineering team and act as project manager.
  • As part of your responsibilities, you may deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
  • We need you to be resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas


What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologies
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodology, quality management methods, tools, and technologies e.g., ISO, Lean, Six Sigma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
  • Excellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processes
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes
