As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will learn how to work within a corporate environment, learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization, hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities and build a network of your peers from across the organization
This position is for a January 2022 start.
About The Team
The FIS President's Office is a nimble team reporting to the President's Chief of Staff. We are dedicated to shaping the strategy and priorities across the Enterprise, drive growth initiatives, and ensure alignment and efficient partnership across the Business Segments, Product, the Chief Operating Office and other functions. The team ensures alignment on companywide objectives and supports organizational optimization. Team priorities include: Strategic Initiatives, Marketing & Communications Agenda, Success Measurement & Analytics, and Leadership Engagement.
What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with businesses and functions to understand the business context and collect relevant inputs
  • Collect and analyze data to identify the root cause of challenges and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Evaluate and improve processes, drive efficiency and speed
  • Research good practices, new technologies, and other insights
  • Create a narrative of solutions to achieve high aspirations
  • Challenge self and the team to deliver the highest quality outputs
  • Create transparency and clarity through written summaries, metrics, and visualizations
  • Contribute to an inclusive and fun work environment


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with Business, Technology, Analytics or Finance focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and improve
  • Strong team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organization skills and dependability


Added Bonus If You Have

  • Power BI and/or Tableau experience
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strategy experience
  • Product experience
  • Project Management experience
