As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

• Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team
The FI Payments (FIP) Administration team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives for FIP. They create and implement strategy to drive margin expansion via cost reduction, revenue increase, or efficiency building within the division. We balance time between short term goals and thoughtful go-forward strategy for optimizing operations with the lines of business and the leveraged functions.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities will vary, but the person who fills this role will primarily focus on business transformation revenue recovery initiatives including:

• Navigating data from and within various sources to identify opportunity of missed revenue for FIP businesses processes to document current state, future state, and perceived benefits of robotic process automation
• Analyzing data sets to identify cost reduction opportunities via automation
• Building process flows for training and continuously improving purposes
• Building presentations to tell "stories" in effort to obtain executive approvals for go forward strategy

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree from job discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
