This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About The Team
FIS' Securities Derivatives and Tax (SDT) business is within the Capital Markets Division and our team members located across the globe focus on supporting large and small banks, broker dealers, asset managers and wealth managers. SDT provides mission-critical software and services to institutions engaged in derivatives and securities processing, securities finance and tax processing. The growing SDT Commercial Management Team is fundamentally responsible for making our products easy for Sales to sell. We assist Sales by structuring, pricing, approving the economics of the deal and negotiating contracts, while striving to maximizing in year Revenue. We engage in the entire Sales life cycle from receiving a pricing request through contract signature and work towards streamlining the overall process. Additionally, we are responsible for having a clear line of sight to understand how our Sales are converting to Revenue so that we may achieve our Budget objectives.
What You Will Be Doing

  • As a member of the Commercial Management team within Securities, Derivatives and Tax (SDT) business unit, you will track the pipeline of complex, bespoke deals including status, timelines, actions and metrics to ensure we are responding to the sales and the client in a timely fashion.
  • You will prepare weekly presentations/decks summarizing the costing and structure recommendations on these bespoke deals and participate in the Executive leadership team meetings to review these open items.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing trends within the overall SDT Sales Pipeline to determine areas of opportunity to drive Revenue.
  • You will be responsible for additional reporting within the Commercial Management team and will perform other ad hoc analysis and deal support as needed.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to develop expert MS Excel skills.
  • Self-motivated, strong organization skills and detail oriented with willingness to learn.
  • Ability to address urgent, ad hoc projects that arise while balancing other priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.


Added Bonus If You Have

  • Prior internships or experience associated with related tasks, financial services or consulting.
  • Experience developing MS PowerPoint presentations.
