about the role:

nate is looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Associate . You'll have the opportunity to partner with our CEO, VP of Finance & Operations, and the rest of our leadership team in driving strategic initiatives across the company. As we continue to rapidly scale, you'll help drive cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency.

what you'll do:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives to identify and execute against opportunities to improve our business
• Contribute to company strategy by proposing, analyzing, and tracking relevant business KPIs
• Translate high-level strategy into day-to-day operations
• Build deep knowledge of nate’'s operating environment and external market dynamics; use this knowledge to improve our effectiveness, support our growth, and maximize our efficiency
• Act as a key member of nate’'s strategic planning and review processes, partnering closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, and other leaders across the company
• Work across the company, and partner closely with People and Communications, to help maintain the internal communications rhythm that keeps everyone informed, aligned, and marching to the same beat

about you:

• Background in Consulting or BizOps (2-4+ years of experience)
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen
• Ability to work through ambiguity and problem-solve
