Business Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
The Business Operations Analyst is a high energy and creative individual responsible for executing dynamic and strategic internal communications to the Government Cloud team and senior executives across Salesforce. This individual will focus on two core areas during the internship period:
1) Internal Communications:
- Serve as a go-to resource for key stakeholders to develop communication content that keeps team members and senior executives updated on activities in the Government Cloud organization.
2) GovCloud Internal Website:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain and update content on the internal GovCloud website including layout and wire framing of new pages.
- Drive optimization efforts for content and any new assets in collaboration with the Creative Team.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- BS/MS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog.
- Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to prioritize, collaborate and multitask.
- Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
