Job Title
Business Operations Analyst

Job Purpose

Develop and maintain project portfolio governance, reporting and metrics of all projects submitted to our Digital Solutions (DS) division. Maintain relationships with and communicate portfolio progress to multiple stakeholders to communicate delivery success against the business strategy and to support the annual planning process across the department.
Responsibilities:• Update project related data in the Clarity PPM tool for new project requests required to move the request through the demand process.• Collaborate with multiple lines of business from a project portfolio perspective.• Identify data and process issues within the project portfolio through governance and work with appropriate stakeholders to have the issues resolved.
* Perform Tier 1 ServicePoint Ticket Support for our PPM tools
* Portfolio Audit Management (tool/data governance)
* Manage Client Contract Governance
* Perform Enterprise PPM Tool Testing• Train project requestors and other partners on the enterprise demand management process.• Be a self-starter and high energy, willingness to support others, learn and grow• MS Office skills, including Excel.• Ability to communicate with multiple level in the organization and identify who, how and where to effectively message portfolio management statuses, process, data issues, etc.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:• 3-5 years of related Data Governance, Data Analysis and/or Portfolio Management experience.• Business process/business operations analysis and improvements• Technology Project or Portfolio Financial analysis and reporting

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:• IT project financials analysis and budget management• Reporting tools - Tableau, Sequel, Power BI, etc• Process Engineering - Lean Six Sigma certification
