About the Role
At GoodRx, we make decisions based on data. Few decisions have a greater impact on the company than how we interact with our customers. We are looking for a leader to continue to help bridge the insights we have with our customers with the parts of the business that make decisions based on this data.
The Business Analytics Manager, Customer Analytics will be responsible for delivering insights and recommendations to drive growth, engagement and retention of our customers. The Manager will work closely with marketing and other cross-functional leaders to develop data-informed strategies to monitor and optimize the customer journey. You will be responsible for developing internal BI capabilities and democratizing data across the organization. You will report on key business measures, deliver insights, develop compelling data visualizations, data mine, and tell our customer story.
Responsibilities:
- Act as business analytics support partner for key stakeholders in the organization including Marketing, Product and Finance.
- Lead analytic efforts to understand and report on customer behavior and business optimization opportunity (identify new customers, repeat business, reduce churn, improved channel and customer targeting methods, and market forecasting)
- Manage and analyze big data sets to understand customer behavior and inform digital marketing decisions; develop, implement tools to strategically evaluate customer segmentation and identify actionable insights to drive optimal ROI and achievement of quarterly targets through customer engagement.
- Deliver and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; design and build visually engaging and informative dashboards.
- Present analyses and findings to stakeholders; 'telling the story' and identifying drivers and opportunities for marketing and general business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators, set targets, measure and monitor performance, and provide insights and analyses.
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time issues.
- Partner with the Data Engineering team to define the business intelligence roadmap and build data and analytics capabilities to support ongoing business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business/Management Science, Economics, Math, or other quantitative field. MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations to the business.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, web analytics tools, advanced statistical tools and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Foundational knowledge of how predictive and statistical modeling techniques work to segment customer data.
- Must be able to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- 2+ years of Python experience (experience in R a plus)
- Data-driven marketing, customer analytics and segmentation experience
- Experience working with CDP and Predictive Intelligence Platforms ESPs and web analytics tools
