Team:  

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing Enterprise Application Software (EAS) team at our headquarters. In this role, you will be charged with developing technical solutions that support our company’s efforts in business intelligence and data analysis. You will be responsible for Infor Birst administration, maintenance, solution design, development, and support. You will work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partners.

What you’ll do: 

To help us support our growing 3D printing capabilities and rocket manufacturing, as a Business Intelligence Data Analyst at Relativity, you will:

  • Partner with business users to understand their data needs by collecting and refining data and reporting requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of centralized reports, dashboards, models, and tools to analyze, report, and present operations related data across the business.
  • Create new data products and metrics to help drive the business and promote our data-driven culture.
  • Act as a data visualization leading figure in the company and support the learning and growth of business users in self-service analytics.
  • Build reports and data visualizations from various enterprise data sources.
  • Troubleshoot issues with invalid data and broken reports.
  • Convert functional requirements and use cases into technical specifications that will be referenced during creation of data products.
  • Build requirements for new data to be added to our data warehouse in partnership with data engineers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; willingness to understand data at a very deep level.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure we deliver comprehensive solutions that address complex current and future needs of our teams to achieve our mission and goals.

Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field to include one of the following (computer science, computer information systems, engineering, enterprise systems administration, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst with technical project work
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with a business intelligence and analytics tool such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Amazon Quicksight, SSRS, etc.
  • Knowledge of Infor Suite and Birst Analytics platform

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Master’s degree in a technical field to include one of the following (computer science, computer information systems, engineering, enterprise systems administration, etc.)
  • Experience working with ERP, MES and PLM
  • Experience working in manufacturing organizations
  • Experience working with Birst Analytics
  • Experience with at least 1 scripting language (Python, JavaScript, BQL, etc.)
