The Business Intelligence Analyst will work as part of the Business Applications team to build business data infrastructure, increase data efficiency, improve accuracy, standardize data, and support Business Operations leveraging industry best practices and tools. As a member of the Business Applications Team you will be responsible for reporting, data governance, business partnering, change management and support of the BI tools.


  • Experience and knowledge of the Sales, Marketing, and Financial business processes 
  • Work with Business Operations Leadership and Internal Stakeholders to identify the business need and transform these requirements into the needed BI related system changes. 
  • Be a Business Partner interacting with stakeholders as Business Intelligence advisor to maintain relationships, ensure governance, and prioritizations 
  • Analyze data incidences and processes to optimize BI solutions and complexity reductions 
  • Understand data structures in the various business applications from a business point-of-view and help convert these into solutions without compromising the quality and data integrity 
  • Establish standards and best practices for BI tools by monitoring BI tools used internally and externally in the BI landscape.  You will participate in developing, deploying and building new BI solutions, dashboards and self-service tools, thereby, ensuring focus on the key business needs of our stakeholders. 
  • Gathers requirements from stakeholders. 
  • Manage system changes with minimal interruptions to the business users. 
  • Work with Business Operations to Communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change. 
  • Demonstration of a disciplined change control process 
  • Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed. 
  • Provide support functions as needed.
  • Ambition to learn and ability to work independently, efficiently and persistently 
  • Ability to take ownership and proactively engage in continuous improvements within a broader perspective 
  • A team player who shows a flexible approach to the tasks at hand and wants to contribute to the common success of the team 


  • 3-5 years of BI experience gathering, analyzing, and delivering data solutions 
  • Working knowledge of the standard capabilities of CRM and ERP Reporting Capabilities 
  • Experience with Marketing based Middleware solutions 
  • Experience with Data Warehouse tools and practices (Snowflake Preferred) 
  • Experience with BI Visualization tools (Tableau Preferred) 
  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. 
  • Working knowledge and experience of the SDLC and its related methodologies. 
  • Working knowledge of the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle within a SAAS Organization. 
  • Minimum expectation of a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience. 
  • Team player with positive “Can-do” attitude. 
  • Proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook. 
  • Strong problem solving skills
