About the Opportunity:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst for Vault Health, you will be responsible for helping to build the Business Intelligence suite across the organization. You’ll build out dashboards, tables and visualizations for Vault’s different lines of business. You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather information and data in order to create these dashboards. You will also help build automation within our processes wherever possible to enable scalable growth. You are someone who loves data, is able to work independently, and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Help grow Vault’s Business Intelligence suite across the organization
• Assist in the operation, support, and maintenance of Vault’s customer-facing reporting
• Create tables, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau
• Use your analytical and querying chops to quickly and efficiently get the answers you need from Vault’s datasets
• Proactively identify gaps in the data and make recommendations to either backfill or cope with them
• Serve as a thought-partner to product and engineering counterparts
• Work quickly but independently to get the job done, proactively communicating progress and/or blockers with the Vault team

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Analytics, or other data-focused role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience 
• Experience building and publishing dashboards with Tableau (or similar Data Visualization tool)
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL
• Extremely attentive to detail, particularly around the handling of data access
• Ability to communicate with audiences less familiar with analytics and data in general

Bonus Points:

• Have experience working in the healthcare space/within HIPAA guidelines
• Experience communicating with external clients about reporting
• Experience in a startup environment
• Master’s Degree in related field
