As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will promote collaboration with cross-functional teams to design innovative reporting capabilities that provide key insights, quality metrics and business KPI's across the marketing organization. The successful candidate must have knowledge of business intelligence, data warehousing, data modeling, and data storytelling. They need to effectively handle multiple work assignments, while consistently delivering high quality work, and will apply their experience in analytics, data visualization, simulations, and data modeling to find solutions for a variety of business and technical problems. The role needs to be skilled at querying and analyzing small and large data sets to discover patterns and deliver meaningful insights end to end in the value chain.

  • Provide analytics and insight into the development of data sources, analytics, and strategies
  • Work side-by-side with the Marketing Business Intelligence Manager to acquire, organize, and manage datasets necessary for analysis of Marketing activations
  • Develop a deep understanding of current data assets and recognize how these could be used efficiently in support of Marketing Analytic objectives and priorities
  • Make recommendations for enhancements while exploring the value and viability of acquiring new data assets
  • Demonstrate a strong background in problem-solving while navigating complex and undefined data and processes to come to a recommendation or solution
  • Exhibit curiosity, continuous exploration, and improvement, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 2+ years of data analytics experience (Marketing, Business, Consumer)
  • 2+ years of experience visualizing data using tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI
  • 1+ years of advanced understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and/or data architecture
