Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst position is responsible for creating and maintaining BI tools that allow for analyses and forecasting of Compass fringe benefit and insurance ("F&I"). This position will play a critical role in understanding trends and expectations, and manage the efforts to support the field and develop solutions. This is a remote role looking for someone to be in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities:• Create, enhance, and maintain datasets from multiple sources, data dashboards, and advanced data visualizations with Power BI, Access and other BI platforms• Support the contract bid process by supporting sales and operations' pricing and analysis of F&I• Understand and develop customer requirements and business objectives; translate high-level design into specific implementation steps• Monitor and analyze contractual data, identify trends and provide reporting as the basis for decision making • Manage client and contractual F&I reconciliations• Develop and analyze tactical and strategic changes to current methods and processes and present alternatives • Ensure all business intelligence products and technologies are current and managed as needed • Maintain sensitivity to confidential HR and Benefits data• Liaise with sector leadership to provide guidance on expected impacts• Lead Special Projects as determined by Manager and Senior Management• Partner with multiple teams throughout Compass Group, including but not limited to Benefits and Compensation, Risk Management, Legal, Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning, Payroll, STG, Strategic Projects and the various sector financial leadership teams

Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance, Data Science, or related degree • 6+ yrs. Accounting/Finance/Reporting experience; 2+ years Accounting/Finance analytics experience for a large corporation• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel and SQL Server required• Leadership and project management capability• Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills• Hyperion/ESSbase, SAP and Access experience is a plus• Ability to constantly monitor and adjust priorities• MBA or CPA preferred• Team player in a fast paced, deadline driven environment• Experience with executive/corporate communication and presentations• Ability to influence results when no direct authority exists
