Position:

The Business Expense Specialist will oversee the day-to-day administration of the company's travel and business expense reimbursement program across Change Healthcare.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and engage in solutions to inquiries from end users at all levels through phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Work with team members to assist in card reconciliations when card may have been suspended or cancelled
  • Make general ledger corrections on submitted expense reports
  • Auditing Expense Reports as needed
  • Assist with AMEX fraudulent transactions
  • Ensuring daily extract from iExpense is complete, accurate and imported to Oracle.
  • Support the linking of new Corporate Cards to associate in expense reporting system to ensure Corporate Card automated feed of transactions.
  • Ensure that team members are not submitting reimbursement as cash & other and AMEX transactions
  • Continually improve business processes in all assigned areas of responsibility
  • Other duties as assigned, including adhoc report request, and project work



Requirements:

  • Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, and 1+ year of experience in a related field or 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools aka Word, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Oracle and iExpense
  • Experience working with Corporate Card program
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to handle inquiries with diplomacy, timeliness, and confidentiality
