GTI Applied AI mission is to provide business value by solving complex, big scale, high impact problems. The team applies AI to solve open ended problems that align state of the art AI solutions with enterprise scale challenges. In doing so, the team build software systems, AI models, technological process and intelligent frameworks that minimize the technological risk, increase operational efficiency and increase the investment efficacy in general.
In this role, we are seeking a Business Development Analyst who has a passion and enthusiasm for taking initiative to drive operations during the development of AI/ML capabilities for JPMC LOBs.
This role offers the opportunity to understand the whole AI/ML product lifecycle, from ideation with potential customers to product delivery. Your mission will be to collaborate with Business Development Managers and Customers to drive the technology evaluation process. We are looking for an enthusiastic innovator, someone who loves to take initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do

  • Collaborate closely with a team of Product Managers and Business Development Managers, as well as with a wider team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, UX experts and more
  • Continuously work to innovate team process, both internal and client engagement processes
  • Contribute to the screening and prioritizing of customer use-cases
  • Assess client data to determine readiness for ML model training
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to understand their requirements, evaluate risks and to communicate progress
  • Coordinate the creation of status reports and quarterly newsletters
  • Craft compelling Business Use-Cases in collaboration with internal team members and clients


What you know

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Customer/client facing experience in a technology field
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • UX skills to make written communication user-friendly and readable


Nice to have

  • Project Management experience
  • A passion for technology and AI/ML
  • Experience using Confluence
  • Visual design skills
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, Design Thinking and Value Stream Mapping
  • Comfortable and great at speaking in front of large number of people and management
