Outreach is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to join the Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will leverage experience and deep knowledge of systems to design creative solutions and lead enterprise projects, be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, thrive in a fast paced environment, have a strong desire for automation and continuous improvement, and partner with leadership to build systems and processes that support a high growth company.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams in leading global Revenue Operations projects
  • Partner with Sales Operations Managers to understand Sales requirements, process and tool enhancements needed by segment
  • Capture, analyze, and validate business needs of stakeholders, using data and information from various sources
  • Document detailed and thorough User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Prioritize the backlog and sets expectations with stakeholders
  • Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand process and technical inefficiencies, identify root causes, and drive and implement best practices solutions
  • Support change management and enablement

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a business analyst, product owner, or equivalent role working with Salesforce
  • Experience working in an Agile team
  • Deep knowledge of Sales & Support systems
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with Outreach, Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Zuora, CPQ, Financial Force, and other Sales tools a plus
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator a plus
  • 4-year degree required
