CSA + Capstone is seeking a business analyst to provide analytical and administrative support as directed to facilitate the overall objectives of the OPNAV N1 Navy Manpower Programming and Budget System (NMPBS) Program. Manage user accounts and project documentation repository. Assist with data analysis and validation and application testing as directed.

Responsibilities

  • Manages user accounts
  • Guides prospective users through complex process of account creation 
  • Maintains and manages document repository 
  • Reviews / QAs documentation 
  • Assists with financial / personnel-related data validation
  • Assists with application testing as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5
  • Prior experience preparing and reviewing project documentation
  • Prior experience as a business process or systems analyst
  • DoD Secret Clearance
