Job Description Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Compile and report program and project status across MRG applications.
  • Work with huge sets of data from varied systems and stitch it together to derive meaningful information
  • Gather, understand and document business requirements (BRDs, Functional Specifications, etc.)
  • Work closely with the technology team to explain the requirements; test the solution developed by them and also perform UAT in close coordination with Operations Leads
  • Interact with other Tech teams for inputs and enhancements to their systems
  • Managing the project end-to-end; ensuring quality output within prescribed timelines
  • Communication of progress to senior management & timely escalation of issues
  • Apply current taxonomies in Clarity to maintain the quality of program/project reporting
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to achieve objectives of the function:
  • Liaise with technology and operations globally to understand potential re-use
  • Adherence to key control/regulatory/audit standards


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years Financial Services experience.
  • 7+ years Business Analyst experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking domain, application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Working proficiency in business analysis toolsets
  • In touch with industry-wide technology trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in one or more Banking Domains
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology and scrum principles
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work independently; agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous hands on experience with application development and support
  • Previous experience communicating with vendor and or vendor management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships with senior management across business, technology and operations as well as across regions and lines of business.
  • Track record of building relationships across global organizations and operating through influence.
