LeaseQuery is seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing Integrations team. This role will work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. The Business Analyst plays a key role in capturing the business, functional, and technical requirements necessary to implement new products or features within the LeaseQuery product suite.

What you will be doing

• Work with project team to gather the business and functional requirements by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements
• Mapping ERP functional requirements to LeaseQuery features and functionality.
• Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and launching our ERP solution.
• Understand ERP requirements and identify product requirements for future enhancements.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, and break down high-level information into details.
• Work with architects and developers to transform new requirements into LeaseQuery design and implementation.
• Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.
• Partner with business stakeholders to confirm understanding of business drivers and strategy
• Participate in key meetings with Clients and end users such as requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing or end user training

What skills and experience we need you to have

• 2+ years of experience in consulting/project delivery, software development, and/or software implementation 
• 2+ years experience as a business analyst, data analyst, management consultant, business planner (or similar roles)
• Minimum of 1 year experience at a SaaS company
• Minimum of 2 years’ Experience implementing ERP solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation
• Prefer background with client-facing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Accounting or financial services industry experience a plus
