Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with substantial experience in designing and supporting billing and CPQ solutions. The candidate should be able to translate business requirements into functional user stories and design solutions using Salesforce CPQ and Zuora Billing, along with the suite of Salesforce products and 3rd party applications. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration paradigms are essential to successful performance in this role.

What you'll own:

  • Provide guidance and support to internal business partners on systems usage
  • Assess current state business processes, problems, and future needs, and collaboratively outline, business process and capability chart on how Salesforce and/or CPQ can solve those problems.
  • Lead with hands-on solution design, proof-of-concepts, process flows, as well as configuration and deployment required to support current and new projects.
  • Design flexible and scalable solutions that meet immediate business requirements, while setting up Pluralsight for long term success.
  • Work with the Salesforce development team and business leaders to deliver outstanding solutions.
  • Be recognized as a functional & technical CPQ and billing specialist.
  • Communicate at all levels across project management, sales, marketing, revenue, etc.


Experience you'll need:

  • 2+ years direct experience in Salesforce Platform and CPQ solutions.
  • 2+ Years of hands on experience supporting CPQ and/or billing solutions.
  • Shown experience in implementing quote-to-cash in a Sales led cycle across business units.
  • Demonstrate understanding of quote to cash processes, specifically opportunity, quoting and order management along with billing.
  • Detail focused individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies.
  • Ability to communicate optimally with executives, business partners, and developers.
  • Consistent record of crafting intuitive solutions to solve business problems using Salesforce.
  • Supporting an instance of Salesforce with 100+ users.
  • Soliciting requirements from users and prioritizing them in well-formatted documentation; ability to translate between business users and development teams.
