We are:
Wix's Engage team, spearheading conversational design and experiences at Wix. We create engaging automated conversations to guide users through their journey. Our team owns the entire conversational design and development process, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create outstanding experiences. Guided by the Wix tone and voice, we craft compelling conversations to get the right message across and help our users succeed. As Business Analysts in a data-driven company, we play a strategic role in shaping business and product decisions.
You are:
An analyst with 3 years of hands-on experience with large data sets and quantitative analysis. You're driven by business goals and you understand business KPIs. You have knowledge of A/B testing best practices, and the ability to reach quick insights based on them. You have experience analyzing and testing a conversational chatbot. Good presentation skills and proficiency in English are key to this role.
You're curious, proactive and you want to own your projects, voice your ideas, and see them come to life. Since you'll be working with leadership and senior management, you should also be comfortable presenting, leading conversations, and giving solid recommendations that can be tested and tracked.
If you're experienced with SQL and data visualization tools such as Presto, Tableau and Power BI or you've worked at an internet or product company - that's an advantage.
As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Be a partner in data-driven decision making, product roadmaps and strategic business planning
• Leverage data to understand how our users interact with our product - and how they can achieve greater success
• Train and optimize NLU/NLP model for a conversational chatbot
• Plan and perform A/B tests, and help gain useful recommendations based on their analysis
• Monitor our business results and provide your insights in real time
• Identify possible gaps in our business and product, and initiate projects that will help us meet our KPIs
• Partner with multiple functions within Wix, such as Product Managers, engineering teams, and Customer Care
• Improve access and visibility to our data by data visualizations - using various BI tools (internal and external)
