The Business Analyst is a critical member of the Cast & Guest Solutions (CGS) Creative & Planning Initiatives (CPI) Team. This position is responsible for supporting organizational initiatives, including project support/planning, communications and Cast experience. The Business Analyst will assist in planning activities for programs and large-scale events such as town halls, product familiarization events, and will assist with project support. The ideal candidate possesses strategic, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
This is a highly collaborative role where partnership and relationship building with various technology teams and non-technical lines of business is critical. This role is based in Orlando, FL with flexible work scheduling, providing the opportunity to work both off-site and on-site to stay connected to the magic.
Responsibilities :

  • Provide ad hoc project support through a variety of activities, including requirements gathering, data collection, meeting facilitation, document organization, planning/logistics, and project communications
  • Develop presentations and compelling storytelling about various projects and initiatives
  • Provide support for reporting and business insights
  • Help evangelize the adoption of new internal tools by providing training and consulting services to help Cast learn how to leverage available tools and resources
  • Support the organizational communication and storytelling strategy by contributing captivating content in appropriate forms (i.e. written, multimedia, etc.) while adhering to global brand standards
  • Write, edit, and proofread a variety content for a multitude of audiences
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including communications and meeting facilitation
  • Protect and preserve confidential presentation materials
  • Manage multiple priorities with competing timelines


Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Information Technology or similar field or related experience
  • Ability to create and execute plans, while staying organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable with facilitating meetings and events with a wide audience, including various levels of Cast and Leadership
  • Desire to step out of one's comfort zone, and is eager to learn
  • High-energy, fast-learner, and flexible to manage requirements across multiple projects and teams
  • Self-motivator that can work independently and with a team


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Video editing and production
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, Keynote or similar presentation tools
