Business Analyst - Technology Operations

Role And Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions on ticket analysis
- Assist with project management for product onboarding related tasks
- Provide account walkthroughs and assist new customers with product onboarding and off-boarding
- Educate customers on Help Desk capabilities and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations
- Collect and document customer needs, requests, and questions in a central location and communicate to key stakeholders
- Assist in drafting and reviewing product user guides and implementation playbooks
- Provide and leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
- Develop a deep understanding of product specific ticket data and provide guidance on quality review needs to key stakeholders
- Gather and analyze data for potential product improvement
- Collect information provided by customers and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper use of our solutions
- Build relationships with customers
Position Requirements
- Relevant experience of 2+ years, ideally in integration support or customer onboarding or customer success role.
- Intermediate skills with using excel sheets
- Strong communication skills
- Evidence of consistently excelling at what you do
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree preferred
