Your Impact
As a Business Analyst - Supply Chain on the Global Supply Chain team at Axon, you will be directly involved in ensuring Axon products make it into the hands of its customers efficiently and effectively. The Business Analyst will utilize their background and experience in supply chain management to support Axon’s strategic priorities of scaling new products and driving efficiency to fuel growth. By taking initiative on developing Planning, Sourcing, and Program management analytics, you will help us mitigate costs and market risks while assisting on building out dashboards, ad hoc analysis, and predictive analytics. The team will rely on you to establish and improve Supplier & Inbound SC data analytics, driving cost savings opportunities and strengthening vendor relationships and negotiations with data!

What You’ll Do

Location: Onsite at our North Phoenix, AZ Distribution Center or North Scottsdale, AZ office, with option for Hybrid 2 days per week.
Reports to: Global Analytics Manager

    • Focus on scale for Supply Chain analytics – building operational views to automate and improve data visibility in respective areas of Planning, Sourcing, Program Management
    • Manage, track, and evaluate operational activity and key performance indicators across the Axon Supply Chain team
    • Develop and enhance real-time reporting to support MRP, Inbound order fulfillment and vendor detail visibility
    • Support team members with data collection processes and tools to leverage this historical data for predictive data models
    • Leverage data and research to address market impacts, identify cost avoidance opportunities, and recommend process improvements driven by data-driven, predictive insights
    • Create & analyze reports helpful for the business to perform better, adding sophistication, and scaling while driving efficiency

What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, STEM Degree, or similar degree
    • Strong understanding of Planning, MRP, Sourcing, Procurement, and/or Program Management or experience working in a fast, paced Supply Chain environment
    • Ability to synthesize and simplify complex data and quantitative findings into meaningful business recommendations that drive financial and operational performance improvement.
    • Technical experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting software to build actionable dashboards
    • API Integration experience aggregating & exchanging data with 3rd Party partner solutions
    • Data science/analytics automation software experience (Alteryx, Microsoft Power Automate, etc.)
    • Experience working in MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft D365
    • A “builder”, curious, can do attitude.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 60,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 80,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 60,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 90,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
