WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Business Analyst, Strategy, you will be supporting the overall global business and product solution strategy, investment prioritization across product lines and market segment strategy across all business units of RealPage. These aligned efforts create the foundation required to align our global organization around a clear set of priorities. This is a high visibility position where you will often be interacting with senior leaders of the company. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the strategic planning process for a $1B+ growing global SaaS Company
- Implement a consistent and cohesive product solution strategy in a highly matrixed and complex environment
- Based on the strategic roadmap, gather data to identify the investment priorities across product lines to ensure maximized revenue growth, market expansion and customer retention
- Partner with the Strategic Markets team to help develop multi-year business and operational plans to drive maximum RealPage technology solution penetration across each market to drive maximum business results
- Responsible for support to solve the complex challenges, requiring deep thought expertise, complex problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
- Lean in to tackle and resolve key areas of strategic unclarity that pose a significant risk to business success and strategy attainment
- Help identify areas of misalignment to the strategy and create corrective actions
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science and/or Business Administration required
- Master of Business Administration highly preferred
- 2-4+ years of progressive experience creating strategic business plans for highly complex, fast-growing global Software/Technology companies
- Top tier strategy consulting background preferred
- Demonstrated passion and depth of understanding of technology solutions
- Proven success developing strategic product and pricing strategies that drive transformational growth
- Strategic thinker who can create and help translate strategy into company-wide operational initiatives
- Detailed and process oriented; with ability to work on both strategic and tactical initiatives
- Proven ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders across the organization at every level
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to actively listen, influence, negotiate and coach
- Proven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- This position is highly collaborative, requiring the individual to be great at relationship building to drive support and alignment across the organization
- Work through ambiguous situations, being able to develop frameworks and structures to define problems and construct execution plans that are achievable and pragmatic.
