Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Business Analyst responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of their clients and stakeholders and helping to determine feasible solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. This position will give you the opportunity to grow to become an active thought partner and solution visionary who shapes the technology demand and direction in the business community

This role is based in Houston, Texas.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Work closely with and take guidance from a Support SME to create and document deliverables identified in the TSA (transition support agreement).• Member will interview various groups such as Hydrogen business users, external IT vendors, and IT SOM, to identify pain points and areas of opportunity. • Resource should be detail oriented. • Proactive ways of working including proactive communication and planning. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willing to be a team player: sometimes leading, other times supporting.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Experience in working with a Service & Operations Management (SOM) organization in Oil and Gas industry.• Experience in document process flows, support model, SLAs, cost-to-operate and other support related activities. • SOM (Service Operation Manage) experience within an IT function. • Basic understanding of wants, needs, challenges faced by a Support organization.
