Key Role:
Provide consulting services to support public health analytic initiatives for government health agencies. Formulate and define systems scope and objective through research fact-finding combined with a comprehension of applicable business systems and industry requirements. C ond uct qualitative analysis of existing implementations and provide thoughtful, strategic improvement recommendations. C ond uct requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis. Translate requirements into te chn ical specifications. Identify gaps in processes and opportunities for improvements and automation. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.
Basic Qualifications:
-3 years of experience in working directly with business system users to elicit and document complete, accurate, and testable requirements
-Experience with IT or data analytics
-Ability to comprehend and document business requirements, functional requirements, and system touch-points, including management driven requirements, reporting and dashboard requirements, and workflow requirements for business processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public T rus t or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
-Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with statisti cia n programming languages, including SAS
-Experience with programming languages, including Java or Python
-Experience in government health agencies
-Experience with analyzing large-scale datasets
-Knowledge of Palantir te chn ologies, including Foundry
