Job Description:

We have a Business Analyst are going to perform Avaya/Cisco to Zoom transition Along with the transition technical resource they are also looking for Business Analyst resource.
The resource will have to perform the below listed duties and preferred to work during CST time zone.

Tasks

BA

Assisting with testing Zoom phone (use cases)

X

Become knowledgeable on Zoom phone application

X

Create customized soft and physical phone user guides for Click

X

Create and send out user satisfaction surveys

X

Provide weekly reporting on satisfaction surveys

X

Assist with overseeing white glove rollout and support processes

X

Coordinate with facility and communications to ensure comms are sent for each site

X

Coordinate communications with regional partners

X

Coordinate communications with ITSC

X

Tracking feature requests

X

Tracking issues

X

SME during Zoom Phone Office Hours - combine with Conferencing

X

Ensuring all content (e.g. Click, ITSC KBs are available in local languages)

X
