ABOUT THE TEAM
The Leasing Team is a part of the Renter Engagement Team providing consumer facing solutions that benefit the Property Management Companies, Sites, and the Applicant through Resident experience. The Leasing team is responsible for client facing and consumer facing solutions that empower an applicant to complete the leasing process with little or no interaction with Leasing staff. The solutions are also deeply integrated with the RealPage Property Management System (PMS) or 3rd party PMSs. The Leasing solutions provide great advantages for the leasing staff. The solutions are designed to reduce vacancy, create efficiencies for the workforce, and provide an outstanding consumer experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role the candidate will report to the Product Director and will be responsible for assisting with the growth and development of various leasing solutions and associated integrations. They will be responsible for writing business requirements, Working with development and QA to schedule enhancements and bug fixes. They will help design, document, and implement changes to the product(s). This candidate will collaborate with the Product Manager/Director, the Engineering team, QA, Clients as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn and understand the product(s). Design solutions for enhancements and bug fixes. Schedule changes and manage backlog. Document Business requirements. Communicate changes to internal and external customers. Validate the quality of the product changes. Assist with migrations and special projects. This is not a comprehensive list but are the main priorities.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Product Management is a must.
• 3-5 years Business Analysis experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years relevant experience.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Agile methodology is important.
• Integrations skills or an understanding of API functionality is very important.
• Property Management experience is a plus.
