Position Description

The Business Analyst - Qualit8 Operations will have the unique opportunity to interact with multiple areas of the business. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of healthcare, an analytical mind and comfortable working with data. The role will be accountable for the operational delivery of Qualit8 product outputs. They will identify product deficiencies and opportunities for product improvements. Accountabilities include executing product processes for delivery to customer.

This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional owner, product operations lead for all Qualit8 operations related activities
  • Maintain documentation of policies and procedures pertaining to product operations.
  • Maintain daily tracker for product operations and customer deliveries
  • Responsible for all day-to-day operational tasks for Qualit8 product.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal development and support teams to troubleshoot issues and design creative solutions
  • Conduct gap analysis and data validation on multiple types and formats of reports.
  • Manage the data file exchange process between Qualit8 customers, vendors, and our company
  • Interact with development team when necessary to help with prioritization of tasks and user story grooming.
  • Motivated to learn new technologies and utilize them to solve problems.



Production Monitoring/Execution:

  • Maintain the production management communication cadence (production planning, issue reviews, and production reporting) within operations, the product organization and company
  • Execute operations processes steps for the operational areas assigned.
  • Monitor process reporting and quality reporting to identify issues and work to resolve following the issue escalation policies & procedures.
  • Keep track of open production issues and drive timely issue resolution. Also ensure internal teams are fully aware of customer issues and understand the concern.
  • Support product analysts in root-causing technical issues.
  • Maintain a complete and accurate production issues list.



Qualifications

Academic and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study



Experience:

  • Knowledge of Medicare Risk Adjustment and Commercial Risk Adjustment Programs and HEDIS is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare and quality program reporting preferred.
  • Technical experience with SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, and job running.
  • Understanding of claims data, provider data, and supplemental data.
  • 2+ years healthcare technology industry experience
  • 2+ years SQL experience required
  • Working understanding of product development life cycle
  • Proven problem-solving skills in the areas of process management and technology



Travel requirements:

  • All Pulse8 employees attend annual company summits per year in various locations.



Working Arrangements:

  • This is a remote/virtual position
  • Monday through Friday or as defined by assignment requirements
