The IS Business Analyst is accountable for representing IS to each assigned BayCare facility and or business partner through problem and or service management, project planning, and support for the facility's and or business partner's strategic objectives. This position is charged with continually enhancing the customer and IS relationship. Other responsibilities include participating in ongoing improvement efforts in IS processes. This role requires excellent skills in communication, time management, organization, process improvement, and managing relationships.
