Overview
Provides analytical and project management support integrating process change in coordination with Retail, Broker and Correspondent leaders. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement change, improvements and remediation efforts. Drives end to end change and keeps all participating parties on task while providing materials for business updates.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and tracking of key statistical information , preparing various reporting views, gathering requirements for new reporting, Organizing and presenting data to multiple levels of management.
Job Description

  • Serves as the point person for coordination of change activities including technology, procedures, policy, reporting, testing, communications, training and controls.
  • Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of internal projects from initiation through delivery
  • Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client as needed to meet project goals, and ensures project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.
  • Assign and monitor work of project team, providing technical and analytical support and direction.
  • Conduct planning sessions with internal customers and ability to specify road map for projects
  • Execute and distribute recurring daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Utilize SQL to query various databases for responses to ad-hoc data requests
  • Research data tables to gather relevant data for new reporting needs
  • Provide analytical support to Operations employees, Operations Managers, and Senior analysts/Mgr of the Data Management team
  • Gather and document requirements for new reporting
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Moderate skills in use of SQL to gather data from a variety of sources
  • Snowflake experience a plus but not required.
  • Proficient skills with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
