About the team
The FIS Loyalty Business Analyst team is part of a larger Loyalty Line of Business (LOB) team that consists of Operations, Marketing, Business Analyst, Implementations, Platform Ownership, Sales Consulting and Vendor Management. The team is very dedicated to improving and growing the FIS Loyalty business. Currently, the business consists of global processing for Merchants and Financial Institutions, providing Loyalty solutions from transaction-processing to customer support. Specifically, the Business Analyst team supports all facets of the business and most especially owns the business functionality of the Loyalty platforms.
What you will be doing

  • You will perform research and analysis to support Loyalty business operations and present findings to the rest of the Loyalty LOB team and Product Managers
  • You will plan and designs business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support Loyalty business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
  • You will identify and implement best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
  • You will analyze and documents business processes and metrics and identifies improvement opportunities.
