As Business Analyst, you'll work in a dynamic environment supporting our clients. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your skills and continue to learn new ones.

What you'll do at Insight:

• Provide day to day support, complete operational tasks, and assist peers with problem-solving and escalation.
• Support ongoing client departmental operations and environment.
• Work collaboratively across a variety of business units to implement new technology, and support existing technologies.
• Document the processes, procedures and provide status to management on a weekly basis.
• Maintain vendor relationships, and assist operation with vendor escalation and issue resolution.
• Facilitate meetings as needed.

What you'll need to join Insight:

• Work with Enterprise Legal Services to assist with preservations and eDiscovery tasks.
• Experience with/ Ability to:
  • Generate and manage detailed project plans
  • Create weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports per customer and management requirements
  • Document application problems and enhancement opportunities
  • Create documentation (job aids, SOPs, user guides, etc.)
  • Proficiently use Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Project Server, and SharePoint Portal
• Must be an excellent communicator - both written and oral
• Must have excellent team relationship management skills and ability to interface seamlessly with peers as well as management
• Must be able to run meetings with both technical and non-technical attendees
• Must possess leadership qualities and skills that motivate project team members to drive the project to a successful conclusion:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations
  • Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees
• Must have basic working knowledge of compliance and audits
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to support customer's global presence.
• Ensure strict adherence with all departmental Standard Operating Procedures and processes including escalation of concerns to peers and management.
