Position Specific Description

The person in this role is responsible for day to day analysis of billing and transactions activities for Texas and NE markets. Utilizes quantitative data from internal and external data sources to produces dashboards, metrics, reports, or insights to identify trends or anomalies. Collaborates with internal, cross-functional teams to support analysis as appropriate including accounting, legal, regulatory, and other functions as needed.

• Ensures the approach is focused on positive customer experience and creating customer value through relentless performance delivery
• Participates in identifying and recommending process improvement solutions for increased overall performance, productivity, and capability
• Participates in monthly/quarterly audits and cleanup efforts
• Ensures compliance of rules and regulations across all customer segments in all states
• Assists in creating and maintaining process documentation across markets
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• Experience: 3+ years
