This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization


This position is for a June 2022 start.
About The Team
This critical role is responsible for evaluating, executing, and reporting against commercial programs across the Asset Management and Alternatives (AMA) business lines. Such campaigns include renewal revenue protection, account management upsell and upgrade campaigns, and support for tactical direct sales campaign programs (short ad-hoc field-led campaigns to generate rapid interest in critical products and services). The role requires close collaboration with the Finance team and business line executives, a foundational understanding of revenue implications of commercial structures, and the ability to collect and analyze supporting data to enable accurate campaign decision making and sales focus.
Associates will specialize in at least one of the AMA product lines to develop expertise around these products and services, which will help create new programs and support direct sales activities.
What You Will Be Doing
The Commercial Programs Associate will be responsible for ensuring:

  • Data and financial analysis to support financial planning for business lines
  • Prioritization and execution of commercial programs and monitoring of programs against pre-agreed targets
  • Completion of foundational product courses for one or more AMA products to support the development of specialist knowledge
  • Direct sales support, including introductory product demonstrations and proof of concept, builds where needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven independent and innovative thinking (commercial or otherwise)
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management with proven adherence to deadlines and commitments


Added Bonus If You Have

  • An understanding of the banking (retail or investment), buy-side (hedge, private equity, or asset management), or sell-side (brokerage/custody) markets
  • An understanding of securities operations and asset classes
  • An understanding of the functions within a technology/fintech business
  • An understanding of accounting concepts including revenue, profit, loss, CAGR
