Join the 2022 FIS University Program!
As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars. Furthermore, you will work with a team invested in your growth, development, and success, including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization


This position is for a January 24, 2022 start.

The FIS Wealth and Retirement division provide a comprehensive, integrated suite of technology and services to financial institutions and retirement plan providers across the globe to support all aspects of their business and future growth.
Our mission is to help our clients grow revenue by providing superior software, service, and industry expertise to help acquire, manage and grow investment assets in a cost-effective and compliant manner.
What You Will Be Doing
FIS' Wealth and Retirement business is currently searching for a dedicated and energetic business analyst. The Business Analyst will support the Chief of Staff with governance activities, working with matrixed partners in support of our business objectives. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with sales, client services, finance, professional services, development, and other leveraged partners to conduct business data analysis in support of revenue and risk governance
  • Provide coordination support for governance and interlock related activities
  • Content and deck preparation for line-of-business reviews
  • Coordinate activities with the special programs to ensure delivery
  • Help with the preparation and execution of team events
  • Development of weekly, monthly, quarterly business reporting and communication routines


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business or information management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Word, etc.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with PowerBI and CRM tools is a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to new assignments, good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
