Primary responsibilities of the Associate Quality Analyst include:

  • Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects. Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality
  • Work with business analyst and programmers to create and analyze various required project documents
  • Comply with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle
  • Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive suites of test plans and test cases for system and integration testing, maintaining and continued evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression.
  • Work closely with Developers and other QA engineers to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Create, maintain and execute test plans and test cases, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking and participating in day to day QA Activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as Quality engineer/Analyst
  • Strong data testing SQL database query tools
  • Proven ability to create, design, and execute comprehensive tests plans
  • Proven experience with defect tracking applications
  • Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques and tools
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.

  • Solid oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels internally and externally
