Jellyvision is hiring an Associate Operations Analyst
Jellyvision’s headquarters is in Chicago, and, post-COVID, many of us will be returning to the Chicago offices (by choice, not requirement -- our philosophy is “Flexible First”). But this position is also eligible for work by a remote employee out of CA, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MN, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, WA, or WI.

How you’ll help
You’ll work closely with Customer Operations, Revenue, and Finance, and also occasionally work with creative and technical teams to make sure our data is accurate, our internal teams are aware of and stick to important internal and external milestones, and our products launch on time. Operations Analysts are action-oriented and collaborate with others to accomplish the Customer Operations department’s goals and to get things done during our Open Enrollment busy season and throughout the year. When not focused on customer work, you’ll support a variety of internal projects – from process improvement to training to documentation.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and drive schedules for our customers and interdepartmental projects.
- Communicate with internal teams as schedules shift to ensure ALEX deliverables meet internal and external needs.
- Configure internal tools (JIRA, Salesforce, Harvest, etc) for our customers and projects.
- Collect and analyze Customer Operations’ data and metrics for stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and document gaps and inefficiencies in our processes and tools.
- Participate in a variety of projects, including process development, workflow refinement, and cross-team collaboration.
Experience & skills you’ll need
- 1+ years of experience in a project coordinator or project analyst role, preferably at a SaaS company.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client project schedules while leading cross-team projects during a fast-paced busy season.
- The demonstrated ability to execute a spreadsheet, revel in the details, and possess the kind of magic that allows you to be both a task master and great team member.
- A problem-solving mindset with an ability to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with project management software, preferably JIRA.
