About the team:
Merchant Fraud Operations support an added value Merchant Fraud Solution offered through Worldpay from FIS. We currently have 100 Premier clients and over 96,000 small merchants onboarded within Fraud Sight. This team of Fraud Analysts serve as liaisons between the Merchant's Fraud Operations team and FIS' Fraud Strategy & Analytics team to develop custom Card Not Present and Card Present fraud mitigation strategies.

What you will be doing:
Regular analysis of assigned client's reported fraud (SAFE -TC40) and chargebacks with a focus towards identifying emerging Fraud Trend. Continuous improvement of Authorization decline strategies while maintainingoptimal authorization rates. Facilitate weekly, bi-weekly, and or monthly client performance recaps and communicating new Fraud Strategies developed on emerging trends.

  • Facilitate merchant onboardings into the Fraud Solution varying by platform
  • Serve as point of contact for Worldpay from FIS merchant Fraud Solutions
  • Provide subject matter support for clients and internal business partners
  • Triage production issues and engage appropriate support teams to facilitate timely resolution on behalf of internal and external customers
  • Conduct reviews and investigations of fraudulent applications and or accounts.
  • Prepare reporting on fraud status for management and client review.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
What you bring:

  • Excellent communications skillset both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skillset
  • Prior Card Present or Card Not Present merchant fraud experience
  • Strong math skills with a a focus on critical thinking, problem solving, analytical thinking and quantitative reasoning.


Added bonus if you have:

  • 2 or more years Fraud experience
  • 2 or more years of directly related Merchant Fraud experience
  • Payments industry experience
