Job Description:
At Caterpillar, the Associate Digital Business Analyst works closely with the Agile delivery team and stakeholders to execute digital initiatives enabling business imperatives. This role will have primary responsibility for creating, analyzing and validating business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases.

Required Qualifications

• Currently attending a 4-year accredited university/college or have completed a minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing with analytics focus, or related degree
• Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/ 4.0 (no rounding)
• Graduation date between May 2021 through May 2022
• Must be able/willing to relocate to work location
• Demonstrated ability to present and communicate appropriately to ensure a team's success

Top candidates will also possess these Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with PowerBi, Tableau, MS Project, SQL, Python
• Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as Mingle, VSTS, JIRA, Team Services, Rally
• Demonstrated ability to empower teams through strong project management skills, team leadership skills, analytical and organization skills
• Candidate will have strong business acumen along with the ability to perform technical data analysis, modeling, and interpret data to visualize and present
